Escape to a world of imagination and possibility as PostClassical Ensemble's Music Director Ángel Gil-Ordóñez and a hand-selected quartet of musicians celebrate free-form musical fantasy and whimsy. Featured musicians Fatma Daglar (oboe), Nicholas Currie (violin), Philip Kramp (viola) and Ben Capps (cello) will perform works by Spanish composers Gaspar Cassadó and Manuel de Falla, Mozart, and Telemann. The program includes Benjamin Britten's early melancholy masterpiece, his Phantasy Quartet.
