On Monday, April 13, experience a poetic spring evening where luminous chamber music and conversation usher in the first light of spring. PostClassical Ensemble presents Netanel Draiblate, concertmaster; David Jones, principal clarinet; Audrey Andrist, principal pianist; and soprano Tiffany Choe in a spring-themed program featuring Schubert’s The Shepherd on the Rock for soprano, clarinet and piano, and Beethoven's Violin Sonata No. 5 (Spring Sonata). Also in the program are works by Bach and Milhaud. Enjoy exquisite performances along with commentary by the musicians and PCE’s music director, Angel Gil-Ordóñez, in the storied Hay-Adams Room.
